The story of the world of man may be seen in context of structures he erected to regulate dealings with fellow man within a common environment they both inhabit. How well have these structures served the needs they were created for and how fairly have they fared in responsibly regulating relations between man and the environment?

Neither my B.A and M.Sc (Hons) degrees in History and Political Science, from the University of Benin City, Nigeria, nor my PhD degree in Security and Strategy, obtained in the University of Trier puts me in good stead for my current responsibilities. As Project Manager of whispers.lu Internet media vision project and Editor-in-Chief of Whispers Digital Magazine, I serve the people. I serve them as they sit quietly and respectfully, under moonlight, listening and talking about their common hopes and fears, about disappointments, dreams and joys.

My courage is the indefatigable spirit of fellow servant, the never-say-die attitude of whispers.lu team and the ever changing expressions of those we serve. We share their sadness, we are involved in their joys, we celebrate their achievements and sympathise with them in their disappointments. In these, we find strength to shoulder on.
